Our Servers are located in a State of the Art Data Center which features raised flooring. This enables a constant flow of conditioned air and helps to maintain uniform room temperature at all times. In addition, raised flooring reduces static and ensures a professional, computer grade environment for our servers.

The facility is equipped with a Raytheon gas-based fire protection system, designed to immediately extinguish fire and protect equipment and personnel. The command center is controlled via automatic doors to further secure and protect the equipment.

Finally, the Network Operations Center (NOC) is located in a secure, monitored, class A building with a minimum number of approved personnel allowed access to highly sensitive areas and equipment. A detailed record of employee and visitor entry is maintained at all times.

Uninterruptible Power System

To guard against local power failures, we are connected to industrial-grade UPS systems. These act as back-up batteries, maintaining uninterrupted power in case of surges or power outages. In the event of a power outage, the data center is equipped with generators. When a power outage is detected, the generator will start automatically to keep the network up and running indefinitely.

Industrial-Grade Air Conditioners

The NOC has industrial air conditioners, which condition the computer rooms and operations center. The computer room is kept at an optimal temperature of at all times.

 

Custom Web Servers

Our web servers are custom-built industrial machines designed for a 24/7 web serving environment. All servers are equipped with dual redundant supplies, hot swap hard drives and force-filtered cooling systems. In addition, our NOC is equipped with an inventory of identically configured, burned-in standby servers. All new servers are configured with a minimum of:

-IBM Servers
-1000 MHz Pentium III Class Processor
-1 GB (1024 MB) of RAM
-Backup facilities (remote)

We use only up-to-date powerful servers. Unlike some low-end hosting companies, we do not use any Celeron or Cyrix chips. We back up all servers and provide facilities so you may backup your site as well.
 

Monitoring

We monitor the servers remotely from 3 points around the globe. When a service fails, we are notified right away.

Connected to Multiple Backbones

The datacenter employs redundant Internet backbone connections to avoid problems from our upstream providers. It does not connect with public peering points where there is no service guarantee from your free peering partners. It has backup network routers, switches and servers to avoid hardware failures. It uses only the most reliable network products. The network is 100% Cisco Systems. Our network and servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Network Redundancy

The datacenter is equipped with complete state-of-the-art Cisco systems including redundant Cisco 7513 routers, a Gigabit Ethernet network, and a 24x7 Network Operations Center. The state-of-the-art Internet data center features SONET Ring technology with dual OC-12 and multiple DS-3 fiber optic lines for backbone fail over. Bandwidth capacity kept at twice the peak usage rate. BGP-4 routing protocol provides stable, efficient and intelligent routing. Current Connectivity:
